RECOMMENDED DOSAGEE

As a dietary supplement, take 4 capsules 30-60 minutes before strength training with at least 3 liters of water or juice. Use PlasmaGen® ONLY on days when you are actively exercising. Most individuals experience initial vaso-expansion effects within 15-45 minutes of ingestion. Again, these effects tend to become significantly more visible every few minutes. PlasmaGen® induces its maximal vaso-expansion/inducing effects within 60-90 minutes after ingestion and will decrease to baseline 6-12 hours after ingestion.
