Privacy Protection Terms

I. Basic Provisions

The controller of personal data according to § 5 letter o) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll., on personal data protection and on amendments to certain acts (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") is

Personal data means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, network identifier, or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.
The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.


II. Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data

The controller processes personal data you have provided him/her with or personal data obtained based on fulfilling your order.
The controller processes your identification and contact data and data necessary for contract performance.


III. Legal Basis and Purpose of Personal Data Processing

The legal basis for processing personal data is
performance of a contract between you and the controller according to § 13 para. 1 letter b) of the Act,
legitimate interest of the controller in providing direct marketing (especially for sending business announcements and newsletters) according to § 13 para. 1 letter f) of the Act,
your consent to processing for direct marketing purposes (especially for sending business announcements and newsletters) according to § 13 para. 1 letter a) of the Act if no order of goods or services has been placed.
The purpose of processing personal data is
handling your order and performing rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; personal data required for successful order fulfillment (name and address, contact) are demanded when ordering, providing personal data is a necessary requirement for concluding and fulfilling the contract, without providing personal data it is not possible to conclude or fulfill the contract by the controller,
sending business announcements and performing other marketing activities.
The controller performs automated individual decision-making according to § 28 of the Act. You have given your explicit consent to such processing.


IV. Personal Data Retention Period

The controller retains personal data
for the period necessary to exercise rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and claiming rights from these contractual relationships (for 15 years after the end of the contractual relationship).
for the period until consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is revoked, no longer than 3 years, if personal data are processed based on consent.
After the retention period expires, the controller will delete the personal data.


V. Recipients of Personal Data (Subcontractors of the Controller)

The recipients of personal data are persons
involved in the delivery of goods/services/execution of payments under the contract,
providing e-shop operation services and other services related to the operation of the e-shop,
providing marketing services,
for the purpose of accounting tax documents in accordance with the contract and general binding legal regulations in the scope of:
- name and surname, title,
- postal address,
- billing address,
- email address,
- telephone contact,
- banking details,
- details about the subject of performance. The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (country outside the EU) or international organization.


VI. Your Rights

Under the conditions set in the Act, you have
the right to access your personal data according to § 21 of the Act,
the right to rectify personal data according to § 22 of the Act, or restrict processing according to § 24 of the Act,
the right to delete personal data according to § 23 of the Act,
the right to object to processing according to § 27 of the Act,
the right to data portability according to § 26 of the Act,
the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically at the address or email of the controller stated in Art. III of these terms.
Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated.


VII. Personal Data Security Conditions

The controller declares that all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data have been taken.
The controller has taken technical measures to secure data storage (login name, password, antivirus program, and firewall) and paper form personal data storage (locked room).
The controller declares that personal data are accessed only by authorized persons.


VIII. Final Provisions

By sending an order from the internet order form, you confirm that you are aware of the privacy protection terms and that you accept them in their entirety.
You agree to these terms by ticking consent via the internet form. By ticking consent, you confirm that you are aware of the privacy protection terms and that you accept them in their entirety.
The controller is entitled to change these terms. A new version of the privacy protection terms will be published on its websites and also sent to you at your email address provided to the controller.


These terms come into effect on 25. 5. 2018.
