Micellar Caseinfrom firmAmixis a milk protein concentrate containing micellar casein and whey protein in the same ratio as in skimmed milk 80:20. The slow and sustained release of amino acids from micellar casein can last up to 7 hours after ingestion. For this reason, micellar casein is an excellent choice for use before bed.

Recommended dosage:

Mix 2 scoops (44 g) of Amix Micellar Casein in 250-300 ml of cold water or low-fat milk. Use best before bed.
