Krea-Genic works on the basis of maximum stability of creatine in your organism. A unique 100% stable creatine that is taken up by the muscle cell, but also that Krea-Genic drives creatine into the cells at high speed. This results in a much higher production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), which is responsible for muscle work.

Recommendeddosage:

• 4 capsules per day - 30 minutes before training.
