RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

Shake well before each use. As a dietary supplement, novice users should start with a half dose (1 tablespoon) of EVP AQ on their first workout to determine their personal tolerance before moving on to the next dose. Mix 1/2 dose with 150-200 ml of cold water or a beverage of your choice.

Advanced users canmix 1 dose (2 tablespoons) with 250 or 300 ml of cold water or a drink of your choice.
