Amix BCAA 4:1:1 are BCAA amino acids in a special anabolic ratio of 4:1:1 with a high content of L-leucine. BCAAs effectively prevent the breakdown of muscle mass, support muscle growth and significantly accelerate regeneration after demanding training sessions. BCAA branched chain amino acids belong to the 9 essential amino acids that the human body cannot synthesize on its own and must therefore receive them through diet or nutritional supplements.
