Dosage

Persons weighing up to 80 kg take 5 tablets daily 30 minutes before training. With a weight of 80-100 kg, take 10 tablets daily 30 minutes before training. Persons weighing over 100 kg take 10 tablets daily 30 minutes before training and 5 tablets 2 hours after training. Drink plenty of water.
