Recommended dosagee:

To assess tolerance, mix 1/2 scoop of HYDE Nightmare with 2 quarts of cold water. After evaluating tolerance, mix 1 scoop of HYDE Nightmare with 3-4 deciliters of cold water and consume 15-30 minutes before intense training or competition. Do not consume HYDE Nightmare within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not use any other products that contain caffeine or stimulants while taking HYDE Nightmare.
