Amix MicelleHD Casein 700 g

MicelleHD® Casein from AMIX is a special protein product containing micellar casein Micelle XL®, which is digested very slowly in the human body and is therefore ideal for use before bedtime. Micelle XL® micellar casein produced by a unique patented technology contains 3x larger micellar casein molecules compared to regular micellar casein. These large molecules-micelles form a thick gel that is absorbed by the human body for up to several hours, resulting in a gradual supply of amino acids to the muscles. Each serving of this protein with the addition of L-theanine will help you recover after training.

Recommended dosage:

Mix 2 ozerky (40 g) with 200-300 ml of water or milk and drink the resulting drink before going to bed or between meals. The daily dose is 2-3 servings.
