• We recommend dividing the daily dose (2-6 scoops) of Hydro Isolate 90 into 2-3 portions
• Thanks to hydrolysis (pre-digestion), this protein is suitable for consumption after training, or also before training and in the morning on an empty stomach
• Mix the contents of 1 scoop (30 g) in 150-200 ml of water
