COLLAGEN:

Collagen is the basic structural protein of connective tissues. In the human body, type I and II collagen is mainly found in cartilage, ligaments, tendons, bones and skin. The human body contains up to 30% collagen. Collagen degradation is considered one of the main causes of the signs of aging. Collagen is added to RIVA-FLEX in a hydrolyzed form, i.e. Broken down into its building amino acids (collagen peptides). Hydrolysis reduces the molecular weight of collagen, facilitates its absorption, and significantly increases its use by the body.

Hyaluronic acid:

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is found in humans mainly in the form of sodium salt (sodium hyaluronate, hyaluronan), especially in connective tissues: cartilage, bones, skin, etc. The biological functions of HA include:

  • Increases cartilage flexibility (binds water)
  • Suppresses inflammation, destroys free oxygen radicals, supports the renewal of cells in the joints
  • The analgesic (pain-relieving) effect of HA is described
  • INthanks to its viscosity, it lubricates the intra-articular (synovial) fluid and facilitates the gliding of the cartilages
  • It stimulates the own formation of HA by cells of the synovial membrane in the joint
  • It improves the metabolism of cartilage cells (chondrocytes)./li>
  • Suppresses the degradation of articular cartilage

MSM:

MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is among the slow-acting drugs for arthrosis (osteoarthrosis). MSM is known as a substance with anti-inflammatory effects, it slightly reduces pain and swelling of joints and muscles. It is also necessary to take it regularly min. 3 months, then its effects persist for several weeks and it can be discontinued for that period.

glucosamine sulfate:

Glucosamine sulfate has beneficial effects against pain and inflammation in arthrosis. Glucosamine sulfate also acts against the loss of articular cartilage, which occurs in osteoarthritis, but only with long-term use without breaks. Its effect starts late, it becomes apparent only after about 4-6 weeks of regular use. However, it usually lasts for several weeks, so it is possible to do several weeks after 2-3 months of usethis break.

chondroitin sulfate:

Chondroitin sulfate is the main structural component of cartilage. It retains water in it, thus giving it flexibility. Chondroitin sulfate also acts against the loss of joint cartilage, which occurs in osteoarthritis, but only with long-term use without breaks. The same applies to it as to glucosamine sulfate: Its effect starts late, it becomes apparent only after about 4-6 weeks of regular use. However, it usually lasts for several weeks, so it is possible to take a break of several weeks after 2-3 months of use.

VITAMIN C:

Vitamin C is normally highvital vitamin. You might be wondering what to expect from him in RIVA-Flex? Vitamin C in RIVA-Flex contributes mainly to the formation of collagen, which is contained in bones, muscles, cartilage, and skin. It positively affects the activity of the nervous system, the immune system, suppresses fatigue and exhaustion, acts as an antioxidant.

cranberry extract:

The high-quality cranberry extract we use comes from the Canadian cranberry Vaccinium macrocarpon, and is certified for 7% proanthocyanin content. Proanthocyanins support the body's overall antioxidant capacity.

Grindic extract can also help with cancer, infections of the digestive system and infections of the oral cavity. Cranberry extract also works in the urinary system, where it prevents bacteria from attaching to the wall of the urinary tract when used preventively.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

  • Initial dose for the first 3 months: 10ml per day.
  • Maintenance dose from the fourth month: 5 ml per day.
  • The total dose can be divided into two separate daily doses.
  • If you administer the entire daily dose in one application, administer in the evening.
