Amix RiceMash 1500 g

Popper's® RiceMash® is extruded instant rice flour for the quick preparation of a wonderful porridge. It is also an exceptional raw material for preparing muffins, sandwiches, pastries and cakes. It also works well as a quick thickener for soups and sauces. White rice flour is naturally rich in carbohydrates and contains only a minimal amount of fat.

Raw materials:instant rice flour RiceMash® (natural), mango, rice syrup, a pinch of salt and lukewarm water as needed.

Mostrather, mix all the ingredients together, let the resulting dough rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Then you can prepare mango dumplings, which you can cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes until they float to the surface. Bon appetite!

Recommended doseand not:

Mix 2 scoops (50 g) with 220-250 ml of hot water or milk. Mix well with a spoon until you get a slurry consistency. The resulting porridge can be sweetened with a little honey and decorated with fruit or nuts. The ratio of ingredients can be changed according to your needs and taste.
