Recommendeddosage:

Mix 2 scoops (10g) of AmixTM Glutamine Ultra Amino Power with water. Use a mixer or shaker and mix for about 30 seconds. Consume 1-2 times a day on an empty stomach or after training, or before going to bed. Max. the dose is 20 g of AmixTM Glutamine Ultra Amino Power. The measuring cup can be filled with the product in the jar.
